The property is being offered for sale by just the fourth owners since taken up by Joseph Montejiores in 1839. The Cox family held the property from the 1860's until 1971.

'The Wuuluman' is situated in a private picturesque valley with the country ranging from river flats along the Macquarie River to grazing on slopes to hills of green timber.

The spacious brick Federation homestead built c1909 with verandahs sits overlooking the valley and river around established gardens.
